Research interests

All-cellulose composites, microfluidics, nanocellulose, wetting, ecocomposites, plant cell wall structure, hybrid organic-inorganic composites.

I am in charge of two tensiometers (Krüss K100SF and DSA 100), an atomic force microscope (Brüker Innova), a scannning electron microscope (Hitachi S3000-N), a diffractometer (Panalytical X’pert powder) and a Chemistry lab. A microfluidics platform comprising a 3D printer, a laser micromachining apparatus and various microscopes has been set up at the end of 2015.
